Lovely common areas inside the building and 803 is a beautiful condo, spacious for large groups, well stocked kitchen, nice balcony, TVs in all the bedrooms. Highly recommend this unit, would stay again. Thank you!

Excellent Place To Stay

Mar Vista Grande is a wonderful place to stay in North Myrtle Beach!! The common areas, halls, pools, pool bathrooms etc. are kept immaculate! They have the best pools for small children.
Our 4 BR condo 801 was very clean. The bathrooms & kitchen areas were immaculate! A corner of one rug needs new tape to hold it down which could be a tripping hazard. But other than that—no complaints.
Elite Management was very good to work with. They kept in touch with us before, during & after our stay. My security deposit was sent back to our credit card the day after we checked out! We will definitely stay at Mar Vista Grande again & use Elite Management!!!

We all really enjoyed our stay at Mar Vista. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. It even had a griddle and a large pot! I've stayed at a lot of condos and have never had the cookware that was in this unit. Really loved the pool hours (9am - 11pm). Our kids swam in the evening and loved it. The only issue anyone mentioned was there was no bathroom on the first level where the pools are. You had to take the elevator to floor two and then it was a single bathroom. That was an issue when traveling with kids..... 11, 7 and 2. We will definitely stay here again. Cara was very responsive any time I contacted. She was great and the place was great!!!

Beautiful, lovely place with amazing amenities. Spotless and so comfortable. Beautiful beach view and plenty of stuff in walking distance. Parking was amazing and the staff on-site were all so friendly. I woukd definitely choose thus place first when returning to Myrtle Beach.
